1. FORMATION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
1.1 First of all, in order to be able to purchase it is necessary to register. We do guarantee that the personal data of a buyer will be safe according to all the valid legislations of Lithuania. 1.2 The contract between the buyer and the Seller is considered to be formed from the moment the buyer clicks “Order“ after he or she has chosen the wanted item/ items and has formed the shopping cart. Items‘ ordering and payment are confirmed by VAT invoice which is sent to the indicated e-mail or with the delivery of commodities. 1.3 In order to make a legally obligatory a commodity buying contract the seller‘s e-mail about confirmation is necessary. 1.4 Each contract made between the buyer and the Seller is being registered and stored in our online shop database.
2. RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES
2.1 A buyer has a right to buy commodities in the online shop according to these rules and following the online shop set order. 2.2 If the buyer tries to damage the online shop work or stable operation, the seller may stop the buyer‘s possibility to use the online shop servises without an early warning or, in specific situations, remove the buyer‘s registration.
3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1 The buyer must accept the ordered items and pay for them. 3.2 If during the delivery of the commodities the buyer refuses to accept them, he or she must pay the expenses of the delivery.
4.AVAILABILITY & PRICING
All items offered for sale through the website are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, reject all or any part of an order, and discontinue offering items without prior notice, even if you have already placed an order for an item. All prices are subject to change without notice. There is no liability for lack of items in stock or for products not being available. Please note that after your order is confirmed, no requests to change or cancel it can be considered. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Any commercial resale or distribution of Amber Palette products sold on the Website is strictly prohibited.
Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product’s listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
5.1 The price of any Goods will be as quoted on our website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. 5.2 The prices are including VAT, but exclusive of delivery charges, which will be added to the total amount. 5.3 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect any orders which we have already accepted.
6.1 Our company is member of the International Amber Association. This guarantees only genuine Baltic amber is used in the jewellery. 6.2. All metals we use are guaranteed to be of the quality stated. 6.3 Any Goods which you believe are defective must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.

8. DELIVERY OF GOODS
8.1 We undertake to deliver the goods to the address specified by the buyer.
8.2 Delivery in Lithuania can take up to 3 working days, and abroad – up to 3 weeks.
8.3 All goods are delivered by DPD or DHL EXPRESS courier.
8.4 The buyer must provide the following data in the delivery section of the order:
Exact delivery address;
Mobile phone number (the courier will contact you by phone before arrival);
8.5 During the delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must together with the Seller or his authorized representative check the condition of the consignment and the goods and sign the consignment delivery-acceptance document. When the Buyer signs the delivery-acceptance document of the consignment, it is considered that the consignment has been delivered in a proper condition. If he notices that the packaging or goods of the delivered consignment are damaged, the Buyer must mark this in the delivery-acceptance document of the consignment to the signature. If the Buyer fails to perform these actions, the Seller is released from liability against the Buyer for damage to the goods, if the basis for the occurrence of such damage is not a factory defect.
8.6 In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of third parties or the Buyer, or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer’s control.
9.1 Information about goods sold on online store shall be provided in the description provided for each item.
9.2 Colour, shape or other parameters of goods presented on online store may differ from actual size, shape and colour of the item due to the features of the monitor used by the Buyer. This shall not be considered as poor-quality of the item or inconsistencies with the description of the item.
9.3 The Buyer-Consumer shall have the right to return the item only within the afore-mentioned return period of 14 days. The Buyer shall mail it by registered mail/courier service to the Seller at the address Putinų gatvė 3, Purmalių kaimas, LT-92443.
9.3 Returned item must be undamaged, have no signs of mechanical damage, have not lost marketable appearance, should contain all original labels, quality certificates, immaculate original packaging, should be unused. In case of any defects of the item or packaging or signs of wear and tear, the withdrawal from purchase and sale agreement cannot be executed and the Seller shall have the right not to accept returned item and refund money to the Buyer. In such case, the Buyer shall have the right to take the item back from the Seller.
